1. 97.7 Energy Radio reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the contest and competitions which will be effective upon announcement.
2. All constests on 97.7 Energy Radio are open to all listeners unless stated otherwise.
3. Any phone charges made by listeners to Energy Radio will be the sole responsibility of the caller.
4. Listeners are eligible to win a 97.7 Energy Radio contest once every 2 months.
5. The winner will forfeit any prize or voucher if it is not claimed within 10 days of winning. In the case of winning a trip or concert tickets where we may be pressed for time, the prize goes to the runner up within 24 hours. The 10 day period includes weekends and holidays. 97.7 Energy Radio's working hours are Sunday through Thursday from 9am to 6pm. It is the winner's responsibility to claim their prize within the time limit. Additionally some prizes have time limits and expiration dates.
6. In the event that a winner cannot take a trip on specific dates that have been announced, such as a concert trip flyaway, they will frofeit the prize. A substitute trip will not be provided.
7. Prizes may not be mailed or delivered to the winner unless the prize involves a delivery service, or is stated by 97.7 Energy Radio.
8. 97.7. Energy Radio is not responsible for replacing any prizes after they have been picked up, whether the prize was lost, organization providing the prize has closed of for any other reason.
9. Prizes may not be substituted for cash or another prize. However in the event of an unavailable prize, 97.7 Energy Radio will substitute the original prize with another for the approximate value of the original prize awarded.
10. Listeners may register to win certain prizes that are only available online through the Energy VIP. To enter, you must enter the required information. One internet entry per person. Winners online will be chosen at random.
11. 97.7 Energy Radio reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of 97.7 Energy Radio website or is otherwise in violation of the rules.
12. All contestant entries become property of 97.7 Energy Radio.
13. 97.7 Energy Radio, Al Kawn and Al Faridah employees and their direct family members cannot take part in any competitions that 97.7 Energy Radio is holding.
